Payment is due in full at the time the order is placed and before work begins on your order. Klassik Kreations will invoice through PayPal to the email address supplied on the order form within 24 hours of an order being placed. Once payment is received Klassik Kreations will begin work on your order! 

No refunds or returns will be accepted on custom orders or digital downloads. No exceptions. In stock items (non-custom orders) can be returned in their original condition and packaging within 7 days for a full refund, minus the cost of shipping.
